Kukdala agro-logistics center
The center is being developed in the Kukdala district of the Kashkadarya region. Its purpose is to connect local farmers with domestic and international markets, preserve product quality and extend shelf life.

At the core of the complex is a warehouse and cold storage facility with a 3,600 m² loading area and parking for 68 trucks. Around it are a checkpoint with a weighbridge, an administrative and laboratory building, offices, a farmers’ center with shops, a canteen, a drivers’ hotel, a truck wash and a vehicle service station. Freight and passenger traffic follow separate routes.

Produce goes through the full cycle: receiving and weighing, quality control, pre-cooling, sorting, packing and labeling, cold storage, order consolidation and export shipment.

Engineering infrastructure includes a backed-up power supply, modern refrigeration, water supply with local wastewater treatment, a fire water reservoir with a pumping station, digital WMS and ERP systems, CCTV and access control.

Implementation stages: design (months 0–6), site preparation and utilities (months 6–12), construction of the main facilities (months 12–24), equipment installation, commissioning and start of operations (months 24–30).
