Preliminary master plan for a country resort in Hisorak, Shahrisabz. The estimated site area is 50 hectares: 15 ha of house plots, 18.5 ha of shared gardens, 4.5 ha of shared facilities, 7 ha of roads and parking, 3 ha for the equestrian club and 2 ha for the utility zone.
The accommodation program comprises 250 units with 1,350 beds: 50 economy units (50–60 m²), 75 junior suites (75–90 m²), 75 suites (110–140 m²) and 50 villas (170–220 m²).
Resort facilities include a reception with a shop and parking, a restaurant with terraces, a spa and indoor pool, a kids’ club and playgrounds, an open-air cinema, a sports ground, pools and a sandy beach, a pier, stables with a riding arena, and a utility zone.
The master plan is preliminary: site boundaries, protected zones and the permissibility of waterfront facilities are yet to be confirmed.
